Anime Expo Experience

I went to Anime Expo 2011 with tacsigh on Sunday and Monday (I had a 4 day pass, but I could only come to 2 D And it was pretty interesting haha

I bought a lot of stuff and used a lot of money It was a shopping experience really. Bought most of my stuff from the Artist's Gallery because it was the most intriguing and good looking ;D They mostly consisted of Pokemon Adventure, Persona 3 and Gintama swag.  There was a tiny bit of Soul Eater involved, I admit. Also got a Soul Eater wall poster, an Akihiko Sanada (Persona 3) tiny keychain figure, black and red cat hat and the rest of Spiral from the exhibition hall ^__^ I CAN FINALLY FINISH READING SPIRAL: SUIRI NO KIZUNA!! XD

Saw some pretty cool cosplay too P: Although, I was too busy staring at Artists' works, to break out my camera (Akihiko cosplay was an exception)

I went to the Masquerade, it was okay (there were a lot of skits that I wasn't able to appreciate very well because I did not watch those series) The whole things was extremely long-ended though--falling asleep slowly in my chair.

Anywho, since I was with my friend, the experience was made memorable ^^

The popular series were Hetalia, Kuroshitsuji, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, Magical Madoka and surprisingly there was a lot of Ao no Exorcist. Of course there were tons of Vocaloids there too. It made me feel bad when I'd stop by someone's booth and say "Your art is really pretty (or a compliment of some sort", then they would tell me about the stuff they're selling, and I'd say something like "Oh sorry D: I don't like --> Vocaloids, Hetalia, Kuroshitsuji... etc." and then walk away in shame.

Oh well, if I ever get to go again, I hope I see more diversity ^__^ (I saw some KPop there, it was tight, I wish there was more :'D)
